Rochelle

Rochelle is the very definition of rebellion. You can find her riding around on her motorcycle in her heavily studded leather jacket, going to protests and secret meetings. She is very distrusting of authority in general as well as the various governments, because she knows what's really going on behind the scenes, so she knows they can't fully be trusted-if at all.

As an Iota, Ro is very aware of the mob's dealings and the effect it has on the other clans, what strings they pull to manipulate public knowledge and exploit the other floss of Caramela. And she refuses to be apart of it. She's out to reveal the truth, to expose those that would harm the floss of the world, but her zealousness and refusal to keep her thoughts on the down low have made her quite a target.

Officially, of course, the Iota insist no such mafia exists and Ro's nothing more than a rabid conspiracy theorist, piecing together half truths to fit the narrative she wants for whatever reason she has. But the mob seeks to silence her. Other clans tend to remain uninvolved in such dealings, unaware of just how much Iota actually affects them. The standard floss tend to find her stances aggressive and off-putting; most will just nod along, and give her a non-committal response.

It's not just Iota that has her focus. Ro has theories about the leaders of the other clans as well. Especially with the outbreak that led to the creation of the peppermintfloss. She and a fairly secretive group of floss have their suspicions that the outbreak wasn't an accident-that maybe even the rottenfloss event wasn't an accident!

Rochelle and this clandestine group meet up every so often to discuss the happenings, and theorize. Some-like Ro-play a more active role in investigating their theories, while other take more passive roles, and are always listening, always watching.

To say Ro is committed to this passion is an understatement. In fact, she seems to do little else other than focus on finding and exposing the truth. She's always on the go, and the few friendships she had formed, tend to get set aside and quickly deteriorate. It'd be tempting to classify her club members as friends, but outside of meetings and missions, she rarely hangs out with them recreationally. Some of these club members are trying to help her with this-not that she's noticed.
