Pipsie is an innocent bunny who got eaten by Clyde the wolf.
When he died he was sent to heaven by Chi-chi, who used this oportunity to mess with Pipsie and Clyde.
Pipsie doesn't actually intend to harm Clyde, he doesn't really remember the reason he died and thinks of Clyde as a friend; but Chi-chi manipulates Pipsie into hurting him. Pipsie just thinks they're all playing and having fun.
