Five Drifting Clouds, also known as the Stormchaser, is a somewhat young aquatic-carnivorous Slugcat hybrid.

Five Drifting Clouds is a smaller-than-average aquatic-carnivorous Slugcat hybrid with a pitch black coat of short, dense fur. They have several patches of white in their coat, specifically on their nose, on their forehead, around the back of their neck and up to their cheeks, covering their front paws, and at the tip of their tail. They have large, round eyes with visible green pupils. Sprouting from their cheeks, they have three pairs of long, frilly gills. They're blue in color, darker at the bases and lighter near their ends.

Design Notes

• They carry a particular yellow pearl at all times, though they prefer to store it in their stomach at most times to keep their hands free. They are also frequently followed by an orange Overseer.
• They bear the Mark of Communication, which is blue for them. The Mark glows softly in dim light and disappears while they are moving.

Natural Abilities

• Aquatic Respiration: Five Drifting Clouds' gills grant them the ability to breathe some oxygen through water, though it is still necessary for them to breathe air every few minutes to survive.
