Personality

Cecil is terrible at social interactions and insanely quick to pout or get flustered. His facial expressions rarely vary, often wearing a blank or bored look regardless of his mood. Occasionally, Cecil throws huge tantrums and will hide in his compact for hours on end. He requires a large amount of time alone and is a huge crybaby, but he tries to hide this side and is very self concious despite his bluntness when commenting on others. Many consider Cecil a brat due to his owner constantly spoiling him. They're not exactly wrong...
