one of the resident deities of (whatever i name this gd country). he's been there a long time, but he's kind of.... recently become a little more relevant than he used to be. he was a minor deity for a long time but now he's a major one. he's very responsible and capable, and is probably looked to for like.... calm, steady, peaceful vibes and pleasant weather. he's kind of a Rock they can hold onto. he isn't a fickle god, but he isn't particularly gentle or easily appeased. he follows the rules, even if it may cause hardship for the people. and he can't be persuaded otherwise. he's very stubborn.

at some point he meets the deity he had kind of.. replaced. she messed smth up and had a breakdown and ran away to have a centuries-long bender and mope session. but now she's back and she's here to bug him. and flirt w him <3
