Algernon is a transfer student from California with mannerisms and clothing telling of a luxurious upbringing and trust funds back west. Quiet, insightful, and calculating, he generally keeps to himself until you get to know him. He's behind his peers in athletics, and a little bitter about it.
Story
Algernon's mother and father are prominent American Heroes working alongside the SFPD. It's no wonder Bowie and Gadget scant mention their son--Algernon lives in the shadows of his parents, and hopes to escape the pressure an ocean away.

Relationships
Mr. Gumshoe Gadget [Father] A Superman-esque hero that is often considered one of the faces of America. He expects his children to carry on his legacy. |
Mrs. "Bowie Knife" Gadget [Mother] Mrs. Gadget holds up a strong reputation of her own. Her quirk "Butterknife" allows her to summon sharp blades out of her body and even wield them separately, as well as take in existing metalware to temporarily replenish missing or broken skeletal parts. Her child Charles Gadget inherits this quirk. |
Madison [Butler] The butler of Gadget Mansion almost single-handedly raised the Gadget twins while their parents were on duty. Madison's quirk is "Tea Time:" He is able to materialize tea from thin air (and from the vacuum of space.) |
Charles "Edge Lord" Gadget [Brother] Charles' parents purchased his Hero Name as well as a costume for him, although he feels he doesn't need either. Quiet, observant, and cautious, Charles finds it hard to put himself into the mindset of a hero. He finds it more practical to use existing kitchen utensils for their designated purposes than growing skewers out of his own body every time he needs to make a sandwich, "Mom." "What? It keeps you sharp." "MOM." |
