Sirius

HISTORY

Riri was a happy Voidpuff, living in Vortexity with their best friend. The two were inseparable, and with the constant support of their best friend, Riri was able to find the confidence to do anything. It was a good life! ...Until the Surge. These two competitive 'puffs challenged each other to a race- whoever could hit all the checkpoints they mapped out in the Galuxy and return to the Void first would win! Unfortunately, they miscalculated how long their race would take, and while their friend made it back to the Void in time, Riri was left stranded in the Galuxy.

Riri spends their daytime in Billobay, hiding from the hustle of the rest of the Galuxy, and their nights in Central Star, doing street performances to save up funds for anything they might need until they can return to Vortexity and their dear friend.

PERSONALITY

Riri is a multi-faceted 'puff, with a different persona for different situations.

While comfortable- aka, while with their close friend- they are a mischievous, but not ill-intentioned, trickster with a large amount of self-confidence, who wants to be The Best^tm at everything they do. That is the version of themself that they consider to be their 'true self', but unfortunately it isn't the version that's been getting the biggest spotlight recently.

While in the Galuxy, Riri takes on one of two personas. One is The Great Binary Star, Sirius. This persona is what Riri uses when they're trying to make money- outgoing, charismatic and quick-witted, as Sirius they enjoy performing great feats to charm others of their funds. This is when they seem more like a 'typical' Voidpuff, and they find living up to the stereotypes in this way rather comforting.

The second persona is just Riri- anxious, asocial and easily irritated. Riri prefers to keep themself to themself, not liking how unpredictable Spacepuffs are to them. If approached by a Spacepuff, Riri is likely to refuse to socialise.

TRIVIA

⍣ Riri has a fixation with the number two, duality and inverses.

⍣ Riri's favourite colour is purple.

⍣ Riri dislikes bright lights and loud noises.

⍣ Riri can't say no to a bet- if you bet them that they can't do something, they will absolutely do everything in their power to prove you wrong.

⍣ Riri can't do any true magic, but is an expert at illusions and sleight of hand.
