Asano, Harumi

Personality: The younger sister of Azami, she is dainty and quaint, and being blind, she’s actually quite sensitive to how people see her eyes, and so she covers them. She does her best to help her older sister in cleaning the house. She is also quite skilled in playing the bamboo flute.

She starts to learn first aid skills by Yagen Toushirou, who offers to teach her after she stumbles upon one of his many experiments. (Although secretly, he hopes this is one way he can repay Azami for taking care of his brothers so well.) 

She slowly falls for Yamatonokami because of his overwhelming kindness. He is always helping her whenever she needs it and he’s always there to cheer her up. 

Yamatonokami falls for Harumi’s cuteness. It’s different from the cuteness he knows of...and it makes Harumi far more attractive. Even seeing her do her best for her older sister and cousin is cute. He’s truly fallen head over heels for her. (he also feels a need to get stronger, not only for himself or for okita or for his master, but for harumi as well → kiwame form)

[KASHUU HAS AVOIDED HARUMI SINCE SHE WAS BLIND, BUT WHEN YAMATONOKAMI APPEARS, HE SEES HIM SPEND MORE TIME WITH HARUMI. he avoids harumi since he doesn't know how to react to her being blind. but in a future setting, she rushes up to an injured kashuu, who is surprised that she is willing to help him recover, to which they talk. and she says she knows a lot about him because yamatonokami always talks about how cool kashuu is.]
