They were very close as kids, and although Jonas died three years ago, Dakota still goes looking for his elusive ghost form. In Dakota's eyes Jonas hasn't changed much, besides becoming slightly more antisocial. Dakota doesn't care, and continues to seek him out. Jonas doesn't really mind.

They mostly hang out at Jonas' various sitting spots around town. They play a lot of video games together, though Dakota ends up winning most of the time.
