About
Teana's and Atem's firstborn child in Ancient Egypt, Sekhmet was born with a demon inside her, a servant of Apophis. Apparentely poised and charming, she's a master of Shadow Games and her ultimate goals are to find the Millennium Spellbook, to forge her very own Millennium Items, and find Dartz, so that she can achieve immortality. Ruling over the whole Egypt with darkness, the demon aims to bring down the very gods aiding its master, Apophis, feeding him more dark energy to eat Ra, and the sun with him.
Alias/es: Princess/her Highness, Lady of Slaughter/She Who Mauls (real aliases of the goddess Sekhmet), Daughter of Apophis

►►►Ancient Egypt 1 (AU - Akefia has been defeated the first time, Atem is alive; main)
*in this AU every character and their counterpart/s are present, usually as siblings; for example, the Thief King, Yami Bakura and Ryou all exist, as brothers, and are present also characters like Mai and Duke. Tea and Teana (appeared in Forbidden Memories) are both there, as twins.
Sekhmet had the bad luck of being born under the “evil eye”; in fact, the day it was announced Teana’s pregnancy, Akefia’s son Shai died, with no one to help because busy with celebrations, and in heartbreak and rage he cursed once more the Royal family, cursing also the gods since Ishizu had insisted it was a punishment from them. Her actual day of birth being also a notorious one for bad luck played also a big part in this, opening wide the door to dark energy, and the dark gods embedded a spirit into the newborn child (this was also a sort of way to listen to Akefia’s curses, giving him a second chance after he failed to resurrect Zorc).
Being influenced since birth by the dark spirit, nobody really knows how Sekhmet would have really come to grow, her true personality lost forever.
Were it not for the fact that tragedies seemed to follow her everywhere (Atem feared bringing her to celebrations because anything could happen, from collapsing temples to charging hippos), Sekhmet looked just a normal child, gifted if anything else, brighter than any her age. She would casually speak morbidly from time to time, but Atem laughed it off with her being “child of her father” and picking up after his teachings of Shadow Games.
Sekhmet would always show a brilliant and sickeningly polite attitude (but always ready to leave subtle chilling remarks), showing her terrifying side only to her younger brother Amon-Shu, while secretly carrying on all kinds of dark magic studies and sick experiments. Despite her politeness, it was always evident she loathed social contact, and much preferred being on her own. During one of her solo adventures, the dark spirit inside her led her to an abandoned temple, where she found a golden bracelet shaped like a snake with a sphere inside its mouth. The bracelet was actually Apophis’ Grip, a powerful relic of the snake of destruction Apophis, and upon wearing it Sekhmet was completely engulfed by the dark power, any humanity she may had left lost.

►►Modern (canon + AU)
In the modern canon storyline, Sekhmet is awakened when Tea comes into possession of Apophis' Grip. To appear as non-threathening as possible, Tea's new "yami" takes the form of a small child, and addresses to herself as Teuccia, instead of Sekhmet. She tries to get as close to Yami Yugi/Atem as she can, in order to steal the Millennium Items from him when more convenient, and loves to tease Yami and Tea about a possible relationship they had in their past lives (she has initially fuzzy memories, which become more clear as time goes by).
(more TBA)
For a modern AU in which she's born in that timeline, see extra tab (tba).
►Ancient Egypt 2 (canon - Atem has been sealed in the Puzzle)
*Since this follows the canon storyline, Teana is the past life of Tea, so they're the same person/soul; therefore, Amtes and Tekem don't exist, and Shukura is just a random character (since she can't be daughter of Ishizu and Akefia, as like with Teana/Tea there's already just Isis as Ishizu's past counterpart)
Without her father, and therefore any consequent siblings, Sekhmet’s rise to power is easier and kind of more justified; she in fact claims to be the true heir to the throne, and her uncle Seth to be an imposter (even going as far as hint he may be behind Atem’s disappearance, since there is no proof or witnesses of the event and Seth could have easily taken the Pendant after disposing of him).
As soon as she’s old enough to reign, she kills her uncle (already weakened by heartbreak over the loss of Atem and the new gossip/accuses brought by the niece; the only reason he didn’t commit suicide was to carry on Atem’s wishes and to protect the country) and proceeds on carrying on her reign based on conquest and blood.
Her ultimate goal is, like in the “main” storyline, to find the Millennium Spellbook to create her own Millennium Items, and find Dartz to know his secret to immortality, but is contrasted by Shukura in her quest.
