By purchasing or trading for a design from me you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Credit to the original design will be given to me (Splash or DinoPupper). It'd be much appreciated to also have a link given when possible to my appropriate media page (if outside of Toyhou.se please see my Carrd for my other sites)!
• Upon the successful completed purchase or trade the design will belong to the purchaser with full rights. Designs may be used for creations that are resold (such as fursuits, enamel pins, and stickers) and used as a personal or company mascot.
• The design is not being purchased with the sole goal of reselling the design.
• Designs are welcome to be used in 18+ situations! However, no design is intended to ever be used for hateful or abusive purposes.
