Background/Personality: Noriko is a regular person that lives in Yokohama. She has no idea of the existence of supernatural abilities (although she does believe in it). She has a laid-back and calming personality, and it’s because of this that she takes “bad” situations so well. Her natural reactions make her the perfect caretaker for an orphanage she works at and personally owns. 

She consistently reaches out to locals for donations for the orphanage and has even applied for a government grant. She works hard to keep her orphanage going, despite showing a carefree personality. Noriko strived to bring orphaned children a place where they could all belong in, and thus, at the age of 18, she made her dreams true.
